House and home.
We stayed in this really funky restored Victorian house.
(Happens to also be an aspiring bed and breakfast.)
They even had the sculpture of an ear in the upstairs wall which connected,
via pipe, to a mouthpiece in the downstairs kitchen. Intercom!
I see so little of San Diego when I visit (mainly bars and convention centers)
that I’m always pleasantly surprised to see the street art culture.
Though this mural was clearly corporately comissioned (Hello, Activision.),
I thought it was beautiful work.
I don’t get how artists can maintain proportions while painting
on perfectly vertical surfaces. So beyond me!
Favorite thing to stumble upon while ravaging Ralph’s for some Neosporin.
(More on that later.)
Loved the lettering on this piece! So perfect!!
A dash of Puma.
Leave it to me to whip out my camera for a Puma window display
before I even get to Comic-Con itself.
I just liked the lacing here.
Worth noting: I did not walk into the Puma or G-Star stores
even though they were both running Summer sales!
